TopShade makes portable, foldable sun shades designed to cut heat, glare, and UV wherever life takes you — your car, your desk, the beach, or the golf course. Our lineup includes the Office Cubicle & Desk Shade, the Laptop Sun Shade, beach tents, and UV-protective golf umbrellas.

One idea runs through all of it: shade that sets up in seconds and goes wherever you do.

Just about anywhere the sun's a problem. Customers use them to work glare-free in a parked car, block harsh office-window light at their desk, keep a laptop screen readable outdoors, and stay covered at the beach, at sporting events, or while camping. Each product is built for a primary use, but most are versatile enough to double up.

Our shades are made to significantly reduce direct sunlight, screen glare, and UV exposure so you stay cooler and see clearly. Coverage varies by product — for example, our golf umbrella offers a true 60-inch arc with UV protection. Check the individual product page for exact specs on the item you're eyeing.

Not at all — that's the whole point. TopShade products need no bolts and no tools. Most unfold and are ready in seconds, and pack back down just as fast. If a specific item has a setup step (like filling the sandbags on our beach tent), it's included in the product description and instructions.

Our shades are designed to be flexible and adjustable to suit common cars, desks, and cubicles. Each product page lists its dimensions — for instance, the Laptop Sun Shade measures 18"L x 12"W. If you're unsure whether something fits your setup, email us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right size.

We use high-quality synthetic fabrics such as polyester and nylon, chosen to handle real outdoor conditions and daily use. They're built to fold, travel, and get used again and again without falling apart — durability is one of the things our customers mention most.

For most products, wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air-dry fully before folding it away — this keeps the fabric fresh and prevents mildew. Avoid machine washing unless the product instructions specifically allow it. Store folded in a dry spot out of prolonged direct sun.

Orders are processed on business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery timeframes and any current promotions are shown at checkout. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.

We want you happy with your shade. If something isn't right, see our full Returns page for eligibility, timeframes, and how to start a return. Items are generally expected to be unused and in original condition — the returns page has the exact details.

We're sorry if that happens — reach out to us right away at support@topshade.com with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment system, so you can pay with major credit and debit cards plus supported digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
