Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are curated and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your TopShade essentials are en route.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our series. If your TopShade product does not meet our standard of excellence upon arrival, we are here to help.
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original, unopened packaging.
- Exclusions: Items damaged through improper installation or "wear and tear" from extreme weather use outside of suggested ratings are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@topshade.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
